【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidelinesthatareapplicabletobulkanddepthprofilingGD-OESanalyses.Theguidelinesdiscussedhereinarelimitedtotheanalysisofrigidsolids,anddonotcovertheanalysisofpowders,gasesorsolutions.Combinedwithspecificstandardmethodswhichwillbecomeavailableinthefuture,theseguide-linesshouldenabletheregulationofinstrumentsandthecontrolofmeasuringconditions.Althoughseveraltypesofglowdischargeopticalemissionsourcehavebeendevelopedovertheyears,theguide-linescontainedinthisdocumentusetheGrimmtypeasanexample.ThisisbecausetheGrimmtypedeviceac-countsforaverylargemajorityofglowdischargeopticalemissiondevicescurrentlyinuse.Itshouldbeclearlyunderstoodthattheguidelinescontainedhereinareequallyapplicabletoothersourcedesigns,suchastheMarcustype,andthattheGrimmtypedeviceisusedonlyasanexample.
