【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversamethodforcharacterizingsurfacewindspeed,winddirection,peakone-minutespeeds,peakthree-secondandpeakone-minutespeeds,andstandarddeviationsoffluctuationaboutthemeansofspeedanddirection.1.2Thispracticemaybeusedwithotherkindsofsensorsiftheresponsecharacteristicsofthesensors,includingtheirsignalconditioners,areequivalentorfasterandthemeasurementuncertaintyofthesystemisequivalentorbetterthanthosespecifiedbelow.1.3Thecharacterizationprescribedinthispracticewillprovideinformationonwindacceptableforawidevarietyofapplications.ThispracticebuildsonaconsensusreachedbytheattendeesataworkshopsponsoredbytheOfficeoftheFederalCoordinatorforMeteorologicalServicesandSupportingResearchinRockville,MDonOct.29-30,1992.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
