Scope:This SAE Aerospace Recommended Practice (ARP) establishes the minumum requirements and procedures for the design, construction, testing and performance of aerospace, maintenance free, factory pre-charged hydraulic accumulators. The accumulators are designed for use in aircraft hydrualic systems at maximum rated operating pressures up to 8000 psi (55158 KPa). 【摘要】:Viscosityhassignificanceintheuseofemulsifiedasphaltbecauseitisapropertywhichaffectstheirutility.Whenusedinapplicationtypesofconstruction,thematerialmustbethinenoughtobeuniformlyappliedthroughthespraybarofdistributor,yetthickenoughsothatitwillnotflowfromthecrownorgradeoftheroad.Formixinggradeemulsions,theviscositymayaffectmixibilityandresultingthicknessoffilmontheaggregate.Theviscosityofmanyemulsionsisaffectedbyshear.Therefore,strictadherencetotestprocedureisnecessarytoachieveprecision.1.1ThistestmethodutilizestheSayboltFurolviscometertomeasuretheconsistencyofemulsifiedasphalt.ItisapplicabletoalltheemulsifiedasphaltsspecifiedinSpecificationsD977andD2397.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
